Former Olympic gold medallist Jeannette Ayers will host ABC News Channel’s “The Most Sports” show
Jeannette Ayers is returning to ABC News as host of “The Sports Channel” after a stint with the network.
The former Olympic gold medalist, who also co-hosted “The Voice” for many years, is slated to host “The All-Star Sports Show” for ABC News and will co-present a live Q&A with host Nick Maviglio on May 4.
Ayers was also previously a host of ABC News’ “The Morning Show” and the “Nightline” in the mid-2000s.
In 2015, she was named Sports Illustrated’s Person of the Year.
A special edition of “Nightly News with Diane Sawyer” will air in 2019 on ABC.
She will return to the show in 2020.
ABC News will broadcast “The Nightly News” from 7 p.m. to 8 p.ms. every day.
