Aussie rugby star gets a workout at gym in a wheelchair

The rugby player from Melbourne has taken to Instagram to share a picture of him and a friend taking part in a workout.

In the picture, he is wearing a suit and carrying his own personal trainer.

Mr Fitzgerald said he started training with his friend in his own gym and was so impressed with the results he took his training elsewhere.

“I didn’t know the importance of the training,” he said.

“Now I’ve got a coach who’s also training me to do that.” “

I’ve been doing it with a personal trainer and I can see the results and it’s been awesome. “

“After I’d worked on it, it was time to look at a gym and see what I could do.”

Mr Fitzgerald’s Instagram account includes a number of photos of him training and posing for Instagram followers.

He also uses his personal trainer to help him through his workouts.

“They’ve got me doing things that I couldn’t do in the gym before,” he says.

“My gym is the first place I’ve ever had that’s been that helpful.”

Mr Fitzsimmons said the gym was very helpful in his career as well as his own.

“It’s the best place I could have gone and I would do it again,” he wrote.

“Just to get back into it and to be able to do what I do with the support of a personal coach and the help from my mates.”

He said the experience had helped him improve as a person and he hoped it would help others too.

“The gym helped me get back on my feet and I felt so much better,” he told ABC News.

“You can’t always get what you want, but the gym helped with everything.”
