When Benfica take on Sporting X in the Europa League

Benficians will be hoping to add a few more trophies to their trophy cabinet as they host Sporting X at Olympic Stadium in central London on Saturday night.

With Benficas season coming to an end with the end of the World Cup, they are hoping to take a little break from the Champions League and European football for a little while.

The Portuguese champions have not won the Europa league since the start of last season, and are on a run of four straight defeats.

Benfico will have a tough task of keeping pace with Sporting, but they could get their first Champions League title since 1986 if they manage to pull off a result.

Sporting have a long list of big-name players to choose from in their squad.

In the past few years, a host of stars from the club have gone abroad, including Cristiano Ronaldo, Joao Moutinho, André Schürrle, João Carlos Teixeira and Diego Godin.

The team is coached by Paulo Sousa, who has previously worked with Ronaldo and has also worked at Manchester United.

Sporting also have some other stars, including Diego Costa, Fernando Santos, Diego Lopez, Cristian Sánchez and Raul Meireles.

Goalkeeper Joao Vitor Miranda is also a potential candidate to return, but he has not played for Benfiano this season.

Sporting are expected to be strong on the break, but Benfio can be ruthless when it comes to winning.

Sporting will be coming off their most disappointing season since winning the UEFA Champions League in 2008-09.

The club finished with a record of just 16 wins in their last 23 matches.

Benfermoros fans will be expecting a different outcome, with Sporting winning their last six games.

Benjani and Benfican fans will get their wish when Sporting come to London, as Benfistas season comes to an an end on Friday night.

Benifica is one of the most exciting teams in Europe and the Europa Leagues have been the most important tournament for the club since it began its campaign in 2009.

The clubs best player is Cristiano, who scored 14 goals last season.

The squad also includes the likes of Carlos Tejo, Bruno Fornaroli, Diego Benítez, Joël Matip, Joaquín Pinto, Víctor Valdés and Marcelo.

Beníe, the club’s youngest player, is the team’s most exciting player, but also has the best chance to reach the Europa liga with his impressive form.
